Specialist grower since 2002, Karnivores cultivates its carnivorous plants, tropical plants and terrarium plants in its own French greenhouses.

At Karnivores, our crops naturally follow the rhythm of the seasons in order to produce robust, acclimated and long-lasting plants. We favor progressive growing methods without unnecessary forcing so that each species can develop naturally.

Our plants grow thanks to a simple balance of light, water, suitable substrate and regular care. Dionaea, Drosera, Sarracenia, Nepenthes and epiphytic plants such as Tillandsia are therefore cultivated in conditions adapted to their natural way of life.

Because a carnivorous plant is first and foremost a plant, its essential needs remain the same: good water, light and a suitable substrate. Insects only represent a natural nutritional supplement.

We also pay particular attention to plant quality before shipping: observation, sorting, repotting when necessary and careful preparation adapted to living plants. This attention helps us ship healthier plants that are better prepared for their arrival at your home.
